ABOUT OIP

Ore industrial park is a public-private partnership initiative between Hessmac Industry Limited and Ondo state government. The industrial park is an integral industrial city offering quality service and an enabling business environment stimulated with ultra-modern facilities and infrastructure. It is strategically positioned to become one of Nigeria's premier economic industrial zone. The OIP project is fully supported by the Ondo state government and was officially launched on the 20th of February, 2018, officiated by the governor of Ondo state – Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu.

Furthermore, it is an organized territory secured with a dual 15MW independent power plant (30Megawatts in total and expandable to 120MW) already existing and ready-to-use. The 1,000 hectares (10,000,000 square-meter) IP is a joint venture development designed as a global standard industrial park with mixed-use development encompassing industrial purpose as well as residential and commercial uses, to meet the increasing demand for cost-competitive industrial zone in Nigeria. The development of Ore industrial park provides all required infrastructure such as road, power, water, commercial areas, telecom, security, etc. and also create an estimated 120,000 meaningful employment opportunity.
